Questions

Glove liners or ski gloves: which do I need?

The liners are thin and go under your own gloves or our insulated mittens. They suit work, Raynaud's and everyday wear. The Ski Gloves 5.0 are a complete glove with the heat built in, with a breathable, windproof and water-resistant lining, for skiing, snowmobiling and outdoor work.

How long do the batteries last?

With the Standard 12V 3.2Ah batteries, the liners run about 11 hours on low, 6 on medium and 3.4 on high. Every glove page has the run times for each battery. Cold weather shortens them, so keep spares in an inside pocket.

12V or 16V?

16V runs hotter (60–65 °C instead of 50–55 °C) for a little less time. 12V lasts a bit longer. Both use the same gloves.

Which size do I order?

Each glove page has a size chart. If you're between sizes, call us at 403-233-8841 before you order.

Can I exchange them if they don't fit?

Yes. Unused items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, and holiday orders (ordered November 1 to December 25) get 60 days. See our refund & exchange policy.
